Kaa was purchased on 9/30/01 from Reptiles Unlimited. He was a 3 year old Queensland Carpet Python, about 6' long, and about 3" in diameter. As of June, 2002, he had grown to about 7' long. This was a bit of a surprise since he's an adult, we didn't expect much in the way of growth. He also filled out a bit and is quite the solid snake these days!
As of February 2004, Kaa is now 8'8”. Kaa unfortunately died in 2008.
